The garden has been beautifully landscaped to incorporate relaxation, privacy, and the viewt from several seating areas. Overlook Drew Harbour, Rebecca Spit Provincial Park, Cortes and Reid Islands, and the Coastal Mountains on the mainland of BC. Wander the yard to discover various garden rooms.

Soak up the morning sun in comfy chairs around the private brick firepit. Gently rock in the double swing or the hammock tucked into hillside hideaways. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the upper deck, perhaps while relaxing in the hot tub. Lounge on the lower patio or cedar arbour, surrounded by lush vegetation, while enjoying the garden view and ocean view beyond.

On alternate "even" years, in mid-June, Quadra Island gardeners and quilters team up to present an inspiring combination of gardens decorated with beautiful hand-made quilts. It's a wonderful opportunity to get a close-up of interesting island gardens, unique to their micro-environments.
