Drive to Campbell River
- Drive north from Victoria (3 hrs) or Nanaimo (2 hrs) to reach Campbell River
- Highway 19A Oceanside Route is slower but has ocean scenery

- Island Link will meet the Nanaimo ferry and drop you off in Campbell River
Fly to Vancouver and Vancouver Island
Fly to Vancouver International Airport, or Victoria Airport. Take a connecting flight to Campbell River. BC.
Take shuttle / taxi from Campbell River airport to ferry terminal to Quadra Island.
Rent car at airport and drive to ferry terminal (about 10 minute).
Westjet has direct flights from Calgary and Edmonton to Comox, BC.
Rent car at airport and drive from Comox Airport 45 minutes north to Campbell River and Quadra Island.
Ferry from Vancouver Island to Quadra Island
Take the BC Ferry from Campbell River, BC to Quathiaski Cove on Quadra Island, only a 10 minute ferry ride, but “a world away”! Ferries leave from Campbell River
daily every hour on the half hour between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
Exceptions are as follows:
- Tuesday: no 10:30 a.m.
- Sunday: no 7:30 a.m.
- Everyday: 5:25 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday: also 11:30 p.m.
Quadra Island Harbour House B&B is located in the Heriot Bay neighbourhood, 10 km from the ferry landing in Quathiaski Cove.
- Follow signs to the Cortes ferry from Quathiaski Cove to Heriot Bay.
- Follow the road from the ferry landing at "Q Cove" straight ahead up the hill, curving to the left at The Cove Shopping Center.
- Turn right at the 3 way stop, with the Village Square shops on your right.
- Take the next left before the RCMP station onto West Road. Drive about 8 km.
- Take first right onto Schooner Road, at the Old Firehall with 2 large red garage doors.
- Quadra Island Harbour House is approximately 1 km. along this road, on the left side.
